English 10 College Prep
English 10 CP is one of 4 required English courses for graduation. We will build on the skills taught in English 9, prepare for the crucial year of Eng 11 instruction, work on college preparedness, and continue work on ERW writing skills modeled by Cal State San Marcos as part of RBV's pact with them for admissions. Students will be expected to attend class, be prepared, work hard, and ask for guidance when needed. Text books and any necessary hand outs will be provided in the classroom, but other materials are the responsibility of the student. Our classes will be operating mostly online through Google Classroom. The Aeries Portal is key for grades, so please utilize Aeries to monitor your progress. I try to update it weekly.
